EZ Grant Applications are now available. Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant funds are made available to eligible North Carolina libraries through a competitive application and selection process.
New this year – applications may now be submitted online!
Complete guidelines, application instructions, and application forms for EZ Grants are now available; the application deadline is February 16, 2012.

Come to the Express Library in downtown Raleigh for a free lunchtime talk about the history of the North Carolina State Fair, part of ongoing events promoting our Blue Ribbon Memories site.
Dr. Melton McLaurin, author of The North Carolina State Fair: The First 150 Years will tell the tale behind the almost 160-year old event. Books will be available for purchase.
